The CPSC has recalled Lov’s Decorated Orthodontic Pacifier. The product failed safety tests when the nipples detached from the base, which is a choking hazard. There was one incident of a baby gagging on one of these pacifiers. About 180,000 of the pacifiers were sold nationwide from November 2001 through December 2004 for about $1.
Please see the CPSC's full report here.
Consumers should contact Delta Enterprise’s Pacifier Hotline at (800) 377-3777 for a refund.
