New Baby Name: Barack Obama?

I had not thought about the fact that my name Fitzgerald, comes from the fact that when I was born JFK was the president, in a while. So when I read Obama Victory Sparks Baby Naming Frenzy it jogged my memory, of my mother explaining where my name came from.

It is funny how just a few days ago, most people would have thought of Obama's name as being a strange one to give to your child. And now that he is the president elect, probably many of mothers will do just that.

I can't wait to see what some of these babies become when they grow up.
